Slowly our school routines and events are returning to normal. We have many exciting events happening at Emu Park State School before the end of Term 1. We have welcomed many new families to our school and community in the last few weeks.
Parent Teacher Interviews Wednesday 16 March: You will have received an email detailing how to book interviews with your children's teachers. We encourage you to make an appointment and take this opportunity to meet with the teachers and discuss how your children are progressing and how as a team we can best support them at school. Cross Country: We will be holding Cross Country trials on Friday 18 March. These trials are for students born in 2010, 2011 and 2012. Students who wish to trial must attend training with Mrs Karner before school on a Wednesday and Thursday morning. Successful students will be invited to attend the KCD trials at Barmaryee Sports Centre on Friday 23 March. We will hold a Colour Fun Run for all students in Term 4.
Swimming Carnivals: Carnivals will be held at the Emu Park pool. Students will walk to and from the pool on the day of the carnival. Please watch for further information and tuckshop orders prior to the day of the carnival.
Years 3 to 6: Tuesday 29 March 9 to 3pm
Prep to Year 2: Wednesday 30 March. 9 to 1 pm.
Senior Leaders Parade: Friday 11 March we will be holding an assembly to acknowledge and award certificates to our 2022 Senior Leaders. Parents and carers are welcome to attend.
